The support you all have given my family and my sister is mind-blowing. Thank you, this is without a doubt one of the hardest things our family has had to go through, so any support is truly appreciated.
Zoe asked me a few weeks back to delete her tumblr and twitter for her when she passed, but moreso due to my selfish wants, I’m not going to. Both of these things are like little time capsules of her. She shared her real emotions and her real feelings, and I want to have them to look back on. This will be the last post I write on Zoe’s tumblr.
To anyone who has ever talked to Zoe on here, know that at some point or other you made her day.

As many of you might know, I have a younger sister named Zoe who is a cancer fighter. It is with a very, very heavy heart that I inform you all of her passing away. She lost her battle earlier this morning surrounded by her family, and we will miss her terribly.

Zoe’s vitals crashed tonight. This could be bad, or it could just be another delay of the inevitable. They put her in a medically induced coma, and in a few days they’ll either wake her up or they won’t. Getting close to the end, it’s just getting scarier and scarier.
this is Landon, I figured since I know Zoe’s password I’d reblog myself. Those of you guys that don’t follow me deserve to know what’s going on with her. She caught the flu a few days back, and it’s basically speeding everything up. She might wake up in a few days, she might not. She’ll hate that I’m saying this, but keep her in your thoughts guys. She needs it.

Another friend lost to parenthood
Not to say that I think being a parent is a bad thing, but why are friends of mine jumping on the bandwagon so fast? We’re all between the ages of 19 and 22, why grow up that fast?
I miss being that happy.

Managed to cram the immediate family in Zoe’s hospital room
It’s the 8 of us including Zoe’s boyfriend and Kenzie’s husband, but including all of the nurses who are hiding in here to watch the game, it’s probably 15 people. Not the most traditional superbowl party ever, but we’re havin’ fun :)
